At Vacasa, we offer vacation rental management services in a variety of popular destinations.  This approach, which is rare amongst vacation rental management companies, enables us to offer superior results for our homeowners.  We are able to advertise for travelers headed to each of these individual destinations, and as we limit the number of homes in each location, we are able to minimize competition between individual properties.

While our broad area of coverage provides exceptional rental income for homeowners, we compliment this approach with a strong local presence in each destination.  While keeping cleaning fees in line with industry norms, we pay our housekeepers over two times the industry average.  This helps us to secure impressive individuals who take great care of our properties.  In fact, you may find that our average housekeeper has a skillset comparable to the management of other vacation rental companies.  Our local housekeepers handle the tasks they do best – namely taking great care of your home – while we handle those tasks that can best be handled from a centralized location, such as reservations and marketing.

Our management fee, at 25%, is lower than that charged by most other vacation rental management firms, and is all inclusive.  It covers the cost of all the advertising we do for your property (several thousand dollars per property per year) as well as many things other vacation management companies typically charge for, like travel agency commissions, credit card fees, changing light bulbs, and providing supplies. If you are looking to update the look of your home or make other improvements, we have an interior designer on staff who would be happy to help.  If you are new to renting your home, we can help take care of the details in getting started.  These services, and many others, are included in our management fee.

Another difference that separates Vacasa from other vacation rental management companies is that we do not lock owners in with long term contracts.  Our view is that property management companies should retain homeowners by providing excellent service and financial results, not by locking them in to long term agreements.

At Vacasa, we pride ourselves on being extremely owner friendly.  We realize the reason you purchased a vacation home was so that you could enjoy it.  For this reason, we never place limits on how much you can use your home.  If you would like to block off some dates or a season, just let us know.  Many of our owners find that they enjoy owning a vacation home far more with Vacasa managing it, as we will take care of all the details for you.
