This two-story classic beach house inspires old world charm, with most of the amenities preserving the original architecture. Downstairs is a beautifully furnished living room with a lovely fireplace (for decoration only). A large, sunny kitchen is stocked with all the appliances and equipment needed to prepare meals, which may be enjoyed in the breakfast nook or formal dining room. The lower level also includes one bedroom with a twin bed and adjacent bath.
Upstairs, the master suite features a king bed and attached bathroom, plus the entrance to the upper outdoor deck. Looking westward from the deck you'll have a bird's eye view of the ocean and the historic promenade that stretches up and down the beach front for almost two miles. Sit back and enjoy the ocean views as you sip your morning coffee! Two additional bedrooms each have two beds, a full and a twin, making this house suitable for up to nine people. A third bathroom is also located upstairs.
The large backyard is fenced and private, with a barbecue and dining table for six people. It's the ideal spot for kids to play, or soak in the fresh ocean breezes over dinner. All of Seaside is just outside your front door, only two blocks from the sandy beach known for razor clamming, sand castle building, and kite flying. Stroll along the historic Promenade where you'll find indoor miniture golf, bumper cars, tiltawhirl and the Funcenter Arcade for the kids.
The home is only three blocks from one of the several Seaside bridges over the Necanicum river that provides good crabbing and steel head fishing. Less than a mile to the south is the public golf course, surfing at "The Cove", and hiking along the Tillamook trail from which there are excellent views of the historic Seaside lighthouse.
