Right down the street enjoy North Tahoe's best beach, Patton Beach, by laying in the sun or renting a paddleboard to cruise up and down the shore.
The beautifully appointed condo features a gas fireplace, full kitchen, two balconies, and a washer/dryer. The main level open floor plan contains the kitchen, dining area, balcony with gas grill, full bathroom, and living area with cable flat-screen TV, DVD/VHS player, books, and games.
