Lovely lake views from all floors await you at Park Lane Lake Tahoe Views! Watch the waves roll across the lake from your seat in the breakfast nook, or the paragliders fly over the house to land on the beach below. Beautiful beaches, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife are just a half mile away in Kings Beach, while Crystal Bay's casinos and restaurants are just a mile away in the other direction. In the winter, Northstar is just 7 miles away, while Homewood, Squaw, and Alpine are 16 miles.

This 4-bedroom 2-bath charmer sits on a forested hillside perched above Kings Beach. Drive right into the 1-car garage and climb the stairs to your lakeview deck. As you enter the living room you will see end-to-end windows across the living room, dining area, and kitchen facing the lake. A french door leads from the living room to the wraparound deck with charcoal barbecue. Upstairs, the master bedroom and the two-twin bedroom have large windows facing the lake. There is also a full bedroom upstairs, and a bedroom downstairs with a full futon.

The living room also features a cozy pellet stove with large rock hearth, cable TV, DVD player, and stereo. Steps away is the full kitchen and a full bathroom, while the washer/dryer is in the garage. Please note that the driveway is steep and may require four-wheel drive and/or chains in the winter.

Make Park Lane your home away from home in the mountains!

The house is in a great location - close to Kings Beach. There is a lot nearby - restaurants, sights, stores. It was easy to find, and great for a family weekend. The furniture and amenities are a little older, but function just fine. The stove took a quite a while to heat up, and was a bit crooked. The toaster also did not seem to work on one side. Not a big deal over all. The driveway is very steep, and you have to climb a number of stairs to get into the house, so this place is not for those who cannot navigate about 20 or so fairly steep stairs to get to the entrance.

This is a nice cabin in a beautiful location. I'd have to say the view of the lake was the best part about this location. The cabin is old but what we were looking for. We enjoyed our stay.

This cabin is a great bang for your buck. It's located less than a mile from Kings Beach and the small town center, which includes a very convenient Ralph's and lots of small coffee shops/restaurants. I was able to walk to Kings Beach! It's close to Northstar. The cabin itself is well-kept and has a view of the lake. It's in a quiet neighborhood. The cabin slept 8 people very comfortably. The furniture, carpet, and other amenities were not new, but it was fine. There's a nice patio with a grill outside. There are some cobwebs on the exterior, but you're in nature so that's evident. Great-sized kitchen and good kitchenware. No internet, but the coffee shops have free wi-fi. Laundry machine was helpful. Note that the driveway is very steep, but can fit 2 cars + 1 in the garage. Thanks for an amazing time! We would definitely stay here again!

Older, simple, home, nice views of Lake Tahoe. Be aware driveway and stairs to front door are steep. Bring your own beach towels if visiting in summer.
