Perched on a bluff overlooking Netarts Bay and the Pacific Ocean beyond, this spacious, modern beach house offers plenty of room for the whole family. Curl up by the fire and watch a movie on the flat-screen television, or step out onto the terrace to take in the fresh ocean breezes and awe-inspiring views. With four bedrooms, three and a half baths, and all the modern comforts of home, you couldn't ask for a better spot to spend time with your loved ones!
The second floor holds the main living areas, in order to make the most of the incredible views. The living room has plush sofas arranged before an elegant gas fireplace, and wide glass doors leading out onto the second floor balcony. Soak up the gorgeous views while you enjoy a movie marathon on the 42-inch flat-screen television with cable and DVD player, or spread out a board game on the coffee table with the kids. A Playstation 2 helps keep the young ones entertained on rainy days!
The gourmet kitchen will please even the most discerning chef, featuring beautiful tile floors, granite countertops, and updated stainless steel appliances. An island provides extra prep space, plus bar stools for a casual glass of wine or afternoon snack. In the sunny dining room, the table expands to seat up to eight guests.
The upper floor also has three bedrooms. The master suite offers a bit of romantic privacy for one lucky couple, with a queen bed sitting near a gas fireplace and windows boasting the best views in the house. An LCD TV with built-in DVD player will tempt you to spend a lazy morning in bed with a movie, and the attached bath's jetted tub is waiting to soothe your muscles after a long day of exploring the beach. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, has partial ocean views, and overlooks a beautiful grassy meadow, often frequented by deer and elk. The third bedroom has a full-sized bed, and there is a second full bathroom with tub on this level as well.
Downstairs makes a perfect spot for the kids. The fourth bedroom in the house has two twin-over-full bunk beds, and there is a full bathroom with walk-in shower. Another sliding glass door leads from the downstairs bedroom to the grassy meadow. In total, twelve guests can comfortably share this beautiful house; a washer/dryer will help larger groups keep up with the laundry (and keep packing light!).
Within half a mile, you can be on the beautiful sandy beach or exploring downtown Netarts. This peaceful fishing village is an ideal spot for those who like to catch their own dinner: some of the region's best fishing, crabbing, and clamming are within easy reach of your front door. Even non-fisherfolk will love to visit the small markets and buy the freshest oysters and seafood they've ever tasted, often from the very hands that caught it. A few local restaurants will keep you well-fed on nights you'd rather not cook, and your days will be filled with beautiful hikes, scenic drives, historic lighthouses, and unbelievable sunsets.
