The main level features a spacious living room with gorgeous views of the Pacific from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. The living room features incredible views and a large flat screen HDTV with DirecTV premium channels. There is also a Meade 8X25mm telescope which enhances your views of the ocean and the surrounding terrain. You may even catch a whale or two! The kitchen features ample counter space and all of the modern amenities necessary to make any meal a delight. There is a dishwasher and a trash compactor for easy clean up. There are two seperate dining areas with seating for 4. The master bedroom features a walk in closet and a large bathroom with a jetted tub and a seperate shower. There is a Magnavox 32 HD TV with DirecTV in the bedroom as well. There is a half bathroom just off the living room for convenience as well.
The lower level of the house features stunning views from the two bedrooms. Each bedroom features a queen sized bed with comfortable yet stylish bedding and furniture. The downstairs living room features a wet bar and access to a patio seating area with incredible ocean views. There is a full bathroom with a tub and shower downstairs as well. The house is a little more than 1/2 mile from the beach but it is set on a bluff so it is a difficult hike back from the beach even though the walk down is not bad and is about 0.7 miles driving.
This home can be rented as a one bedroom with access to the top level only for 2 guests for a discounted price.

| Everything in this property's description is accurate, except for the implication that it is located a walkable distance to the beach. If you don't mind an incredibly steep incline on a narrow, curvy road (e.g., taking your life into your own hands on a very pedestrian-unfriendly street), you could possibly walk down to the beach, but it would probably take you 30 minutes or so. We're all walkers and bikers, and no one in our group elected to do this. | ||||

| We had a wonderful time staying in this house for our Thanksgiving vacation. It was in a great location, with a fantastic view and was all-in-all very comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable and the jacuzzi tub was awesome! The only thing we had trouble with was the pellet stove, which didn't have enough pellets to run, and we couldn't find anymore so didn't know if we were supposed to bring our own. Also, there are no potholders in the kitchen, so we had to use towels to get things out of the oven. Other than those two very small things, we would definitely recommend this house to others and will most-likely stay there again. Thank you so much! | ||||

| The house is beautiful and well-decorated in a quiet neighbourhood. The place is clean, bright and very comfortable. Enjoyed to watch the view of ocean or to hear the ocean with a cup of coffee in the morning or to watch the movie in the evening after a day trip.
