Situated on a private, one-acre slice of the Deschutes National Forest just outside Sunriver (aprox 4 miles south) this lovely home is perfect for a large family or smaller families vacationing together.
After a complete remodel in 2012, the single-level house includes loads of amenities for all generations. You'll find a movie theater sound system, more than 50 DVDs, an Wii with 10 games, a poker table with cards and chips, and a large collection of books and board games. Indoors, there are flat panel TVs in every room, or you can head outside for the year-round campfire pit, hammocks, and tree house.
Relax in the welcoming living area, and make delicious meals in the fully stocked kitchen. You can eat in the dining area, or go on the deck to barbecue and enjoy your food at the patio table overlooking the trees. After dinner, luxuriate in the seven-person hot tub and watch the deer and other wildlife pass by.
With three bedrooms and two full baths, the house comfortably sleeps nine. The queen and king bedrooms have new pillow-top beds and handsome wood accents, while the third bedroom features a triple bunk bed plus a trundle bed for two.
With all these fabulous amenities, it can be hard to leave the house, but you'll also want to explore the recreational activities nearby. You're just 500 yards from the Deschutes River, and the home comes with eight bikes for kids and adults. Ride a quick three miles, and you'll be at The Village, with its delightful shops, restaurants and even an ice skating rink in winter.
