This spacious four bedroom Pacific City vacation home makes a breathtaking location for your next Oregon Coast getaway. With two master suites, an expansive chef's kitchen, fireplaces, multiple outdoor decks, and a fabulous location just 100 steps from the sandy beach, this home is especially well-suited to multi-family vacations. Up to sixteen guests can share the space very comfortably (no air mattresses or cots required!).
The main floor of the home is open and wide, with plenty of space for your whole group to gather together. At one end, a wood-burning fireplace anchors the living area. Slipcovered sofas and armchairs are arranged around a coffee table and a TV with DVD player, making this a wonderfully cozy location for game night or movie marathon.
At the opposite end of the great room, the kitchen is very well-stocked with everything you might need to prepare meals for a large group. A lengthy island is topped with beautiful granite countertops and a gas range with custom tile hood, with plenty of space for a few amateur gourmets to share the cooking duties while enjoying the natural light streaming in through the wide picture windows. Between the kitchen and the living area, two four-person tables offer flexible seating arrangements for mealtimes, along with eight extra seats lining the breakfast bar!
The upper level holds two gorgeous master suites, a perfect solution for two families traveling together. Both have queen-sized beds, vaulted ceilings, and private access to a balcony with beautiful ocean views. Each master bath has luxurious Jacuzzi tubs and separate showers, and one bedroom even has a gas fireplace.
The lower level of the home provides lots of sleeping space in its two bedrooms. Each has a queen bed and two sets of twin bunk beds, making each comfortable for up to six guests! There is a full bathroom downstairs as well, bringing the total to three and a half baths in the home, and there is also a laundry room with washer and dryer to keep packing light.
This generously furnished home is situated in the desirable Kiwanda Shores community, just a one block walk along a quiet neighborhood street to the beach. From there, you can stroll up the sand to the hiking trails at Cape Kiwanda State Park, or stop at the famous Pelican Pub & Brewery for a more leisurely afternoon.
