This beautiful newly renovated house sits directly on the Ocean's Edge in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Yachats. Adjacent to the park, you are steps away from everything that Yachats, this "Gem of the Oregon Coast," has to offer. Stroll to quaint shops, restaurants and coffee houses, 5 minutes to a sandy beach and tide pooling in front of the house. Take in spectacular views of churning sprays and beautiful sunsets from nearly every room.
It is the perfect spot for whale watching and storm watching or relax while you soak in the new hot tub on the grassy area that is all that separates you from the rocky shore. It is only 1 mile to the Devils Churn hiking trail and the Cape Perpetua park. This house has been thoughtfully renovated from top to bottom and is fully equipped. As you enter the house, you are greeted with panoramic ocean views from large banks of windows. It can accommodate up to 8 people. There are three bedrooms with luxury linens and down quilts and towels, two brand new tile bathrooms, and a wood burning fireplace/stove.
The lower level has amazing floor to ceiling ocean views! The media room features a wood burning fireplace. Enjoy the flatscreen TV, and DVD player. There are plenty of games and puzzles and don't forget your laptop as there is high speed wireless internet available throughout. The fully equipped kitchen includes all large and small appliances, pots, pans, utensils and spices.

We couldn't get enough of the wonderful view and crashing waves. The house has a very comfortable feel about it and the entire family had a very relaxing time.
