This beautiful spacious home in Sunriver offers 3 bedrooms and a loft. Cozy up next to the wood stove on those crisp winter nights after enjoying the vast outdoor activities that Deschutes County has to offer!
The main level of the home features two master bedrooms: one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. The third bedroom also has a queen bed. There is also a fold out bed in the bedroom closet in each of the master bedrooms. All three bathrooms are on the main level attached to the bedrooms, two of the bathrooms have baths and one has a shower stall. There is a large cozy living room with a wood fireplace and a 32 flat screen TV with a DVD player and VCR. There is a full open kitchen with ample counter space and a large dining room table to accommodate big family meals. The loft area features two twin beds to accommodate additional guests.
The outdoor patio area is perfect for entertaining with a BBQ grill and a nice patio seating area with an umbrella to shade the sun. There is a wrap around patio with two eating areas. The home is also within walking distance of Fort Rock Park with 16 tennis courts, a large playing field for baseball, soccer, football, basketball and vollyball space, a covered picnic area with BBQ's to reserve for large groups, and a well equipped play area for children. The home provides 8 summertime pool passes as well as easy access to the many bike trails, tennis courts and other outdoor adventures that make Sunriver the perfect vacation destination!
