The living room has plenty of room to gather with friends and family. You can watch the ocean or the flat screen TV with DirecTV, or you can play a game at the game table. The dining room also features great ocean views and opens up on to the spacious deck. You can even watch the ocean as you prepare dinner at the kitchen island. Each of the three bedrooms feature a king bed and ocean views and there are several mats available for children to sleep on. Please note that the king bed in the third bedroom is a water bed. There is wireless internet through the house as well.
Two miles to the South is the town of Neskowin, where you can enjoy great food at Hawk Creek Cafe, play on either of two golf courses, or enjoy the beautiful beach surrounding Proposal Rock. Eight miles to the North is Pacific City, where you can enjoy a fine dinner at Delicate Palate or watch the surfers and Dory boats come in while enjoying a beer at the Pelican Pub and Brewery.

| The hot tub was in disrepair, but after contacting Vacasa staff they were sincere and negotiated our stay to account for it. I also left my coat and they mailed it to me overnight at no charge. We will rent again. Thanks! | ||||

| We recently stayed at this home and it was great. The hot tub worked great. View was amazing. We had a hard time with the heating of the home. Bedrooms would be blowing hot air, but vents in the living room were blowing cold air. Lots of personal belongings, at the place. Not a big deal, just would of been nice to know. Over all we had a great time in the home. We truly enjoyed all the scripture around the house. How great to know we stayed in a house of believers. Amen to that | ||||

| We found this home to be beautiful, with a lovely view of the ocean. However, we were disturbed at the overwhelming presence of overt, over-the-top Christian art, messaging, and books/materials. Our friends would have been quite offended visiting us and seeing a book on changing your sexual identity prominently displayed on a bookshelf. We were also disappointed that their was no wood split and readily available for the fireplace. The requests to water plants and take trash down to the curb also seemed inappropriate, given that we are paying a substantial cleaning fee. | ||||

| The jets of the hot tub barely worked, just created mild bubbles so that was a bit disappointing but the tub was hot. The deck around the tub was very slippery with the wet weather. I'd suggest getting some matts out there to avoid a lawsuit. We slipped several times and eventually moved the front door matt to the tub so we felt safer. The step down at the west side of the tub is also a hazard - hard to see at night and my husband fell a few times in that area. Great view of ocean. | ||||

| Loved the location. We were looking for a spot out of the thick of it yet close enough to put you in when desired. So quiet and peaceful. The home provided top notch comfort. The view was better than pictured and expected. This area of the coast did not have the normal fog cover as other places. A plus. The management staff provided great friendly communication. | The only glitches were the directions, which left off the turn on Tibbetts Road. We had to double back and hunt a little. Also we were sent the wrong code to the lock box and nobody answered the phone at Vacasa. We had just gone into Neskowin to look for a hotel when we got a call back, were given the right code and we got in. It was a little nerve-wracking! Also, the place is filled with conservative Christian books, plaques, and mini-sermons. If you are not of the fundamentalist persuasion you might find it annoying. We are Christians, but found it a little too preachy. | ||||
