This house is occasionally rented as separate units, so the upper and lower levels are only joined by an exterior staircase and each has its own kitchen; this makes a perfect layout for two families vacationing together that would still like a bit of privacy!
As the original portion of the house, the lower level is a bit older than the upper, but its warm wood paneling and brick fireplace lend it plenty of vintage charm.
