While the ocean view is largely obstructed by trees, you can still relax to the sound of the waves while sitting on the homes spacious and sunny deck. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this home can comfortably sleep 8 adults plus children.
The master bedroom has a California King bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The spacious downstairs bedroom has a futon, a sofa, and two bunk beds, making it a great option for the children. The downstairs room also has a foosball table and television (dvd & vcr, no cable) to keep children entertained, and there is a ping pong table in the garage.
Please note that this home is limited to a maximum of 8 adults, and a maximum of 14 guests including children. There are beds that sleep up to 12.

| The property was perfect for our three-family getaway at the beach. The downstairs was a great retreat for the kids, with plenty of room to run and play. The house was clean and had many extra amenities we didn't expect including shampoo/conditioner in all the bathrooms, fresh soaps, etc. The deck is very peaceful and relaxing and the living room was spacious enough for all the adults to relax and visit. While it is a five minute walk to the beach, it is all uphill coming back to the house, so be prepared to drive down each time if you are hauling a lot of toys, kites, kids, etc. Also, our only real complaint was the house was very musty smelling, which we realized was due to some mold in various places throughout the house. Luckily we visited in the summer when we could open up the windows and air out the house. After the first day it seemed to subside . . . either that or we just got used to it. Overall, we would recommend the house and will definitely rent again if visiting Manager Response: Sorry about the mildew smell - it's been a wet year, and we will install a dehumidifier in the basement to rectify the problem. | ||||
