Just a short five minute walk from the front door and you'll be able to roam and explore one of the best stretches of sand Lincoln City has to offer! Late night beach strolls in this section are ideal as large spotlights bathe this part of beach after hours. The same is true for beach fire cookouts after the sun has set.

Step inside and the large, open living room greets you with a comfortable, relaxing interior. The walls are butterscotch-hued with pops of white trim, the floors have Oriental rugs, and framed artwork create a luxurious, relaxing space. With its over-sized, sectional sofa, there's plenty of room for everyone to come together and socialize. Five large picture windows frame wonderful views of the ocean, so you may have trouble deciding whether you want to enjoy the view or settle back and watch your favorite TV show on the 50-inch flat screen DLP TV.
Designed by a gourmet cook, the kitchen opens to the spacious dining room and living room area. Great for large groups, the space makes it easy to maintain conversation while preparing meals. All decked out with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, there's also additional seating at the counter and plenty of room for kitchen helpers. During reunions or retreats, plan a casual pie baking class or teach the grandchildren how to make the secret family recipe for marinara sauce. The formal dining room has seating for 15 people, with even more seating available on the second level for eight more people. Let the kids have their own table upstairs, while the adults enjoy a leisurely meal downstairs.
If you're into playing pool or a friendly game of Texas Hold' em, then the upstairs great room is where you want to be! Also ideal for just sitting out on the deck and enjoying the views, this great room features a new eight foot pool table professionally installed and leveled, an eight person poker table, a gas fireplace, and 32-inch LCD flat screen TV with all your favorite channels. The pub table is the perfect spot for pool spectators. A queen sleeper sofa, just off the deck, is the spot for the best sunset viewing of the house! The upstairs great room opens up to overlook the kitchen and dining room, so you're never far from what's happening down below.
Throughout the house, each of the five bedrooms has its own unique look and feel, and each is beautifully decorated with an eye for soothing design. There are three full bathrooms and one half bathroom - the en suite master bathroom a beautiful marble shower complete with four body jets for ultimate luxury, as well as a six-foot jetted Jacuzzi soaking tub with its own heater.
On the lowest level of the home, there are two bedrooms: one with a king bed, and one with four twin beds for the kids to share. On the main floor are two more bedrooms - one with a king bed, and the other with a queen bed (plus a full-size sleeper sofa). The third floor includes a full-size sleeper sofa and a twin fold-up.
The garage holds a Ping-Pong and foosball table, as well as an extra refrigerator for cold drinks. Parking is limited to the driveway and the new gravel parking area just east of the driveway. These combined parking areas should accommodate up to seven cars, depending on the size of the vehicles.
On nice evenings, your group can head down to the fire pit in the lot to the west of the home. Just bring some lawn chairs, marshmallows, graham crackers, and chocolate bars for a s'mores dessert feast! Note: This fire pit is also shared by the two-bedroom Rose Cottage on the west side of the lot. This home can be rented with the home and the cottage for a maximum occupancy of 23 guests.
Chinook Winds Casino is less than a minute's drive away for world-class entertainment such as concerts, fine dining, and gambling (and Spirit Mountain Casino is only 20 miles away). Other dining options that are right in town include the Wildflower Grill for hearty, homemade breakfasts, and Blackfish Cafe for some of the area's best seafood offerings.
Once here, you'll find that Lincoln City offers more to do than practically any other Oregon Coast city! It boasts the largest factory outlet mall in the area, numerous specialty shops, an abundance of art galleries, cooking classes, and much, much more. For fishing, head two and a half miles inland to Devil's Lake, which also has great water skiing and boating opportunities.
