This exquisite six bedroom masterpiece captures all the details of a perfect home for your vacation in paradise with panoramic ocean views and all the amenities that will make this your family's favorite vacation destination for years to come!
The home offers a three car garage with an indoor basketball court. As you step in from the garage, you enter a laundry room that gives you access to the first of several ocean view decks. The laundry room opens into a pristine chef's kitchen with granite counter tops, two electric ovens and an electric cooktop, an oversized stainless steel refrigerator with an ice maker, two sinks and a dishwasher to make clean up a breeze.
There are four dining tables, all with ocean views; One seats six and another has two long benches that seat up to eight. There is also a table for two and a table for four, so four couples can easily have their own romantic dates at the same time.
The main level living area features comfortable leather couches with panoramic ocean views, a stylish Italian wood fireplace, and a built in TV with surround sound. There is also a desk in the living room on both levels for taking care of business while you are away. There is an extensive library and game selection in each living area as well.
The main level master bedroom has ocean views to the west and north with a private deck and a queen bed. The bathroom features dual sinks, a large soaking tub and a shower. There is a second half bathroom in the hallway off the master bedroom.
The lower level features a bedroom with five twin beds that is perfect for keeping the kids together. The bedroom has a bathroom with a shower and a large walk-in closet. There is a large wrap around ocean view deck that connects to the lower level living area which features a pool table with ocean views and a built in 50" flat panel TV with a DVD player and surround sound. There is also a wood fireplace and an large collection of books and games in the living area. The other two bedrooms on the lower level feature queen beds with private bathrooms with showers and ocean views from your bed.
The master suite upstairs is the icing on the cake as it features a ultra comfortable queen bed with a private balcony enclosed seating area with panoramic views and a large private bathroom with an oversized clawfoot tub and a shower. The electric fireplace adds to the romantic qualities of this one of a kind suite. An additional bedroom up here holds another queen, as well as a twin bed. There is also a lounge upstairs with a couch and desk that is the perfect place for a good read!
This house is situated on a quiet, serene beach on the north side of Neskowin. Please note that the closest beach access is a steep 1/4 mile nature trail that is quite beautiful but it may not be appropriate for those with mobility impairments. Easier beach access is located five minutes south on Highway 101, in the town of Neskowin.
In town, you can play on a lovely golf course or enjoy the beautiful beach surrounding Proposal Rock! Ten miles to the North is Pacific City, where you can enjoy a fine dinner at Delicate Palate or watch the surfers and Dory boats come in while enjoying a beer at the Pelican Pub and Brewery. You can also check out the Sitka Center and other fine art establishments that are near by.

*Only one car may be kept out of the garage at all times in addition to the three-car garage per community guidelines. The limit of 11 guests is strictly enforced and you will be evicted from the premises if the rules are not followed. This is a residential neighborhood and parties will not be tolerated.
