This cozy two bedroom, two bathroom Rockaway Beach getaway offers plenty of warmth and charm, and is perfect for those who would rather stay with good friends than in a soulless hotel! Enjoy a soak in the hot tub after a long day of exploring the beautiful Oregon Coast, and prepare your own meals in the well-stocked kitchen.

This coastal cottage has all the comforts and amenities of home! The living room offers cozy seating, a cable TV with DVD player, and lots of charming accessories (with some breakable items, the house is not entirely appropriate for unsupervised young children). The dining room has a beautiful six-person table for formal meals, or you might rather have a quick breakfast in the bright and cheery kitchen, at its three-person table.

The master bedroom has a full-sized bed dressed in a lovely quilted cover, a side chair, and an en suite bath. The second bedroom has a twin bed and a full bed, and a second full bathroom makes sharing the house a breeze. The house is pet-friendly for dogs up to 30 lbs (a nightly $10/pet fee applies), and has a washer and dryer as well.

The back deck is quite private and has a hot tub, ready to soothe your muscles after a long day hiking, fishing, surfing, or even just strolling along the sand. The beautiful beach itself is a short walk away (1/3 of a mile), and the most convenient access point is directly in front of the mystical Twin Rocks.

The hot tub was very nice. It was a bite further than away from the beach than I had hoped. The house was a bit over decorated but clean. There was no dishwasher so be prepared to hand wash the dishes. The TV is turned off during the winter which was not advertised.

Four of us stayed at this place on Easy Street for New Years. Our goal was to get out of town and have a nice time with good friends. This house was a good size for two couples and had all the amenities we needed for our time there. The hot tub was nice, but a little dark at night. It wasn't until the second night that we figured out to leave the back bedroom light on to give some light to the hot tub area through the window. We were there in the off-season so there was pretty much no one around. The decorations were fun and only slightly overwhelming at first sight. I would definitely recommend this property if you are looking to hunker down for a weekend, we had a great time. The only real improvement I can think of would be to add WIFI.

The house was great quiet street.... great hot tub.... only problem no place to unpack all drawers and cupboards were full of owners personal things... was OK for a couple of day stay ... but if staying for week this would be very inconvenient having to live out of bags...

This is a small family home with lot's of charm. It was furnished with every thing we needed during our stay. My kids asked why there were so many pictures of the people who own the house, and I told them it was to give the renter's a sense of who lived there and in turn, respect for the fact that it was someones home. Thank you to the owners for letting us spend time in their home. Would love to stay again.

This little house was perfect for a two night stay for two couples. It was small and tacky decor but had everything we needed - including a hot tub, which was very nice on the cold coast nights!! The only downfall was it is pretty isolated and a pretty far walk in to "town" - probably 20-25 minutes. Beach was pretty close though - about 7-10 minute walk.

My husband, dog, and I went for a nice weekend getaway. Overall, everything was fine. Here are a few things of note:

We wanted to clean up after our dog but it was very difficult to put the garbage bags of poo into your garbage can. We didn't want to bring the poo bags into the house or leave them out.

Your tv didn't work. The lovely maintenance guy brought his own tv to replace yours. The weather wasn't good so it was nice to be able to stay in and watch dvd's.

We saw your note on how to work/manage the hot tub only after we were out there. Maybe a laminated message that you can keep outside? unfortunately, I broke the cover handle when trying to put the cover back on. I apologize. Hopefully it can be stitched back on. When I read how to remove/replace the cover afterwards I'd wished I'd seen it earlier.

Other than that--it was wonderful and warm. Thanks!
