Tucked in a quaint neighborhood at the Roads End section of Lincoln City, this cozy three bedroom home is the perfect beach getaway with ocean views and access to the sandy beach only 2 1/2 blocks away!
As you enter the home, a extensive seashell collection lines the stairwell and welcomes you to the light and bright entryway of the main level. To your right you'll find an open and well stocked kitchen with a dining table that extends and makes room for 6-8, with 4 extra seats at the breakfast bar.
Ocean views extend throughout each living room window to provide complete relaxation while lounging on the couch. There's even a telescope if you want to get a closer look!
Each of the three bedrooms include a plushy queen sized bed and are all on the main floor, along with a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. If you're looking for some quiet time, head downstairs to the reading nook, where you'll find a comfy futon and large book collection, as well as a TV with a VCR player. The second full bathroom is on this floor as well, and includes a jetted tub!
When you're not spending your time at the beach, feel free to grab a book and sit out at the picnic table on the spacious deck and take in the sounds of the surf. Or, pop in a DVD or Blue Ray disc and watch your favorite movie on the brand new flatscreen TV in the living room. Didn't bring movies? There's a Blockbuster less than 5 minutes away! For the chilly nights, the wood fireplace helps to create a warm, inviting atmosphere, no matter what time of year you're visiting!
For outdoor entertainment, this home provides both a gas and charcoal grill that can be easily rolled out through the garage to the front yard, where a bench and beautifully landscaped yard provides the perfect BBQ atmosphere.
