Stay less than a block from the beach in this family-friendly vacation home! The four bedroom house is ideally laid out for a few families vacationing together, with an open loft upstairs and plenty of private outdoor space. With a fantastic location in charming Rockaway Beach, the Cherem House is the perfect spot for your next much-needed getaway.
The cheery yellow beach house is located just up a flight of stairs on a slight hill, offering peekaboo ocean views from its comfortable sunroom while still just an easy flat walk to the sandy beach. The main floor has plenty of space for everyone to gather together in the living room, with a lovely wood-burning fireplace, cable TV with DVD player, and a large sectional sofa. If some guests prefer a little more privacy, they can retreat to the sunroom or head outside to the private backyard and spacious outdoor deck. The kitchen is bright and flooded with natural light, and stocked with everything you'll need to prepare meals for the whole family. An eight-person dining table sits nearby.
Two bedrooms are downstairs; the master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen. Upstairs is a great spot for the kids: an open loft has three twin beds, and a second bedroom has three more twins, with plenty of extra space for playing games while the adults gather around the fireplace downstairs. Both full bathrooms are downstairs, and the house also has a washer and dryer to keep up with wet bathing suits and fishing gear!
The Cherem House sits on the west side of Highway 101, so you won't need to worry about crossing busy roads on your way to the beach (less than a block away!). The house is also within walking distance of Rockaway Beach's restaurants and shops, and just steps from the popular fishing spot of Lake Lytle. The house is also pet friendly, with just a $10 per night, per pet fee. It really is the perfect spot for the whole family!
