Enjoy all the comforts of home on the beautiful Oregon Coast! This three bedroom, two bathroom vacation home in quaint Barview is a great destination for fishing, crabbing, or simply enjoying the peace and quiet to be found on the coast outside of the major tourist towns. With beautiful views of the Barview Jetty, you won't miss the overpriced accommodations in more popular spots for a second.

This spacious home has plenty of space for the whole family. A living area offers overstuffed sofas arranged before a big-screen cable TV with DVD player, just waiting for a movie night or board game marathon. The sunny kitchen is well-stocked with everything you'll need to prepare meals (including a dishwasher), and the adjacent four-person dining table is surrounded by windows on three sides to make the most of the views! A gas grill is great for barbecues or grilling up the day's catch.

The main and upper levels have three bedrooms: a master bedroom with a luxurious king bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with two queens. Two full bathrooms each have a shower and tub, and a washer and dryer makes life much easier for longer stays. And don't leave a single family member at home - your small dog is welcome for just a $10 per night fee.

This cozy home is located just a quarter of a mile from the scenic Barview Jetty trail, just across Highway 101, which is an excellent spot for a sunset stroll. The sandy beaches of Rockaway are a short drive away, and while there are one or two restaurants within walking distance, both Rockaway Beach to the north and Garibaldi to the south offer menu more options within just a few miles. This house is perfectly situated for fishermen, crabbers, or clam-diggers, with rental shops and charter outposts within easy reach.

The coast has such changing weather, that when it did rain, we all loved to hang out in the house and bake cookies, play board games & watch movies. I know we wouldn't have felt the same in a hotel room. My husband and I loved having the master bedroom on one level and our 3 kids upstairs. We can't wait to plan our next trip!

We were made aware of the stairs being steep, they were not as bad as expected. We had 6 people all together, the house was very roommie and we felt like we were at home. The house was in a great location if your looking to do crabbing and claming which we did both.

We went to the barview jetty house and were unsure when we got there it stated 3 stories but you only have access to the top 2 the stairs are steep but not really an issue for us. The location was ok sitting between to local grocery stores the view if the jetty was good the furnishings were good and comfy.

the steps were quit the clumb but ok we love being able to have the family right there and they went crabing and loved it we shopped alot and seen things we thought we would never get to see the weather was great went on the beach and the kids loved the water even though it was cold played in the sand and was great to go back to the house when we were tired great trip would do it next year. thanks to the family who owns the house we loved it!!!!!!

The house was clean and comfortable. The stairs to enter the house are very steep, they should be re-done with two hand rails, steps not so steep and far apart. Everyone in our group commented on how dangerous the stairs were. Kithen well stocked but lacked wine glasses, tea pot and dust pan. Cupboards/pantry so full of items that there was little room for any of the food we brought. The house did have a PC that had internet access but didn't provide passwork or wi-fi access for personal labtops. Also, instructions for running the tv, dvd, vhs player would be helpful. The dishwasher, washer, dryer worked great.

We really enjoyed our vacation on the Oregon coast. The home we stayed in was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was in a great location. We went to Rockaway, Cannon and Seaside during the day and were able to come home and relax at the Barview House. It was very helpful to have a the internet and printer to use so we could print directions and read restaurant reviews. Thanks for the wonderful home.

Plenty of space, brand new mattresses and a kitchen with all sorts of stuff to cook with. My two kids and I spent 4 nights here, had an adventure in different parts of the Oregon coast everyday, and brought movies to watch on the big screen tv every night. We had a great time. Thanks

Instructions for using the TV would be helpful as would instructions regarding
recycling of garbage and lock box. I did not know how to return the key. It seems the prior code had to be cleared before you could lock the box upon departure.

Property was well furnished with the basic amenities. This property will provide you with comfort of your home. Washer, Dryer, Microwave, TV, DVD Player, BBQ Grill, 4 bed and 1 fold away bed and many more.... We only had a couple of request: First... WiFi Access for the Kid's mobile device to entertain themselves and Second... Stair information for the person with safety concern's for children or ability to walk a steep step. Over all, I would still recommend this property and would rent this again in the future.

This is a very comfortable home with a bay view out the kitchen window. Our family had a nice time. Note that it is right on 101 with an easy drive to Rockaway or Garibaldi. The Pizza at the Barview Store is WONDERFUL. We ordered it early...had them cook it and picked it up later.

My friend and I rented this location for business purposes, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was clean, functional, open and easy to get to. The bedrooms are very spacious, providing enough room for all guests. We had a total of four girls staying at one point and it was more than enough room for us. Additionally, the property allows you to have access to a grill, condiments, baking supplies and more. The laundry on-site helped a lot since we were frequently on the beach, crabbing, hiking and more. The location was perfect! We were a few minutes from great restaurants, beachfronts, coffee spots, a grocery store, recreational activities and more. It's a peaceful location, away from the hustle and bustle of areas such as Cannon Beach and Seaside. We loved out stay and will most definitely be recommending the location to our coworkers and friends as they visit the area. Thanks to the Vacasa staff for making it an excellent pick for our budget and party.

We enjoyed the decor, furnishings and plentiful cookware, dishes and silverware. The view was pleasant, relaxing and the location convenient for day trips. The stairs were not a problem for us, but future renters should be made aware that they are steep. We look forward another "getaway" visit.

The house had rules about cleaning up on carpet but we could find any carpet cleaner. It would be nice to have wine glasses as the only drinking containers in house are plastic cups and small coffee cups.

Beautiful home, only thing is it had way to many stair to get to the main floor and then a more stairs to the up bedrooms. Be prepared to climb the steps to a wonderful View of the Tillamook Bar. Would stay again, just for the View.

We had a great time at the rental. There was plenty of room, it was very clean and easy to find. The only thing I would have appreciated was having bottled water on hand in case of emergency. There was a boil ban on the water while we were there and we had to boil the water we wanted to consume.

The house was lovely, tastefully decorated and spotless. Barview was a great location for our families crabbing endeavors with the Brighton Marina nearby and the friendly locals giving us tips on when and where to search for crabs and clams. Coming here in the middle of winter you would expect only rain but here in Barview it was all sunshine and fair weather. At night when done with our outings we watched Americas funny home videos on the large flat screen television while relaxing on the plush comfy couches in the living room. Although the property is right on highway 101 the house seems soundproofed from any outside noise making for a relaxing and silent sleep. The Barview Jetty rental house had all the comforts of home and then some, and we'll certainly be coming here again.
