A short stroll leads you right to a long stretch of gorgeous sandy beach, or walk just five minutes in the opposite direction to the grocery store to pick up some fresh seafood for dinner. However you choose to spend your time together, your family will feel right at home in this charming two bedroom getaway!
The best views in the house are from the upper-level outdoor deck, complete with a picnic table and charcoal grill for summer barbecues. Even on rainy days, though, you can enjoy watching the storms roll in through the great room's wall of panoramic windows. The living area makes for a particularly cozy spot, with a cable TV and DVD player sitting before the comfy sleeper sofa, just waiting for movie nights. A telescope lets you keep a lookout for passing whales, and a nicely stocked shelf is full of books and board games (the wood-stove is currently for decoration only).
On the other side of the great room, a six-person table is perfectly arranged for waterfront dining! You'll find everything you need to prepare meals in the well-stocked kitchen, including plenty of small appliances, cooking utensils, dinnerware, pots and pans, and even a dishwasher for easy clean-up. There is also a full bath on this floor.
On the lower level are two bedrooms, a full bath, and a bonus sitting room. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom has a full-sized bed. Including the sleeper sofa upstairs, six guests can share the space very comfortably. The lower level's sitting room provides a bit of extra privacy for guests who might want to spread out and enjoy their own space away from the crowd. Out back is a large grassy yard, perfect for kids, and a built-in fire pit for roasting marshmallows and swapping ghost stories!

To the south, Depoe Bay offers plenty of whale-watching, dining, and shopping. Newport is half an hour south, with its excellent aquarium, waterfront, and brewery. But at the end of the day, you get to return to your lovely Lincoln Beach getaway, with peace, quiet, and those beautiful ocean views.
