You may not find a better spot in Manzanita for a multi-family vacation! This bright and cheery four bedroom house has a spacious downstairs area that's great for kids, with plenty of room to chill out with a movie, play foosball, or head into the garage for a game of ping-pong. The adults can relax upstairs in the sunny living room, or on the expansive deck surrounded by tall trees. The beach itself is just a five-minute walk down leafy Neahkahnie Road.
The upper level of the house has a bright and airy living room for relaxing and a sunny kitchen with all the supplies needed to prepare meals (including a dishwasher for easy clean-up!). There is a breakfast nook next to the kitchen that seats four, or a larger dining table near the living area and next to the sliding glass doors that lead out onto the spacious deck.
Three bedrooms are upstairs as well. The master has a California king bed and an attached bath, the second has a comfy queen bed, and the third has two twins. The lower level is ideal for the younger guests -- or young at heart. There are two sets of bunk beds, a futon, a sofa, a television with DVD and VCR (no cable), and a foosball table. Add in the garage's Ping Pong table, and rainy days won't be a problem here!
The beach is just a five minute walk away, and while the trees obscure the ocean view, you can certainly sit on the deck and hear the waves crashing along the shore. This vacation home sits north of downtown Manzanita, with its handful of grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes; you can walk to the business district in about twenty minutes through the lovely residential neighborhood, or take a longer stroll along the sand and head up into town for lunch or a bit of shopping. For more options for dining or entertainment, Cannon Beach is 25 minutes north, and you can be strolling the Promenade at Seaside in half an hour.
