Spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home in Sunriver is the perfect place for the family vacation! This house is full of fun activities for adults and kids alike with a hot tub, bikes, a gas BBQ grill, ping pong, foosball, wifi, and a close walk to Fort Rock Park and all of the great Sunriver outdoor activities! The house comes with 8 unlimited summer pool passes for the Sunriver pools.

The house has two levels with three bedrooms, two feature a queen bed and the third bedroom has a full bed and a twin bed. There is also a loft area with a TV and fold out futon. There is a spacious, fully stocked kitchen with everything you need for the perfect family meal. There is a separate dining area that seats 6 and a large comfortable living room with high ceilings. The living room features a gas fireplace for those cold winter nights and a TV and DVD player. There is a large deck with patio furniture and a gas BBQ grill along with the hot tub.

The staff at Vacasa rentals were very easy to work with even though we were booking at the last minute. Everything in the house was as it looked online. The kids enjoyed the ping-pong and fooseball in the garage. Everyone also enjoyed the SHARC indoor pool and the tubing hill.

My wife, 1 year old and I booked 13 Modoc Lane for a much needed vacation since our daughter was born. This home was fantastic. The open floorplan, quiet street and easy access to the bike trail was perfect. The free SHARC passes were excellent too. We had multiple friends and family visit us during our stay, and all were comfortable. The home was easy for entertaining, ping pong table was great fun, and the on-site bikes made it possible for everyone to enjoy the trails. Best of all, the hot tub was a great way to unwind each night.

We highly recommend 13 Modoc Lane and will definitely book again. Thanks!

Really enjoyed our stay on Modoc Lane. Lots of natural light from many windows, spacious bedrooms and big kitchen. Loved the ping pong table in the large garage.

We recently completed a month-long stay at 13 Modoc Lane. It was a great house: lots of natural light, a good layout, large kitchen and nice view through trees out back. The house stayed relatively cool during the day, and drafted out easily at night. The bikes, foosball, ping-pong and pool passes helped to make our vacation complete. We enjoyed our stay but there were only a couple things I wanted to mention. There was moldy bread left from a previous renter and two of the bikes had flat tires and the tire pump was broken as well.

Great layout with loft and bedrooms upstairs and big master downstairs. Fun heated garage, big kitchen and living area.

The home is older (probably 1980's) and needs some updates and maintenance, but overall a good house.

We had a great time at this house. It was very clean and well furnished, and the gas fireplace was great - there is just a screen, no glass, which makes it much more realistic. The home has wifi and a hot tub on the back deck. We plan to stay there again on our next trip to Sunriver.

We had a very good time at this house. Great condition and everything worked well. The location is very good and we had a lot of snow. Went tot the mountain and spent time tubing with the family. We could have used a few more days and nobody was ready to come home.
