This three bedroom oceanfront home not only boasts a private hot tub, game room, Dish TV, and jetted tubs in the bathrooms, but also includes a private guest studio in the back!
The beach home is set on the east end of a quiet street, overlooking mesmerizing views of the rocky shores and ocean waves. With a separate bedroom on each level, a private studio, and room for eight, this is the ideal vacation rental for a group of couples or a few small families looking for privacy and peace on the Central Coast.
The ground level master bedroom will invigorate the weary traveler with its brightly colored bedding atop a comfy king-sized bed. An en-suite bathroom offers a touch of luxury with its jetted tub, double sinks, and large walk-in closet.
Head out the French doors of the bedroom to the softly lit living space, where you'll find a double futon to sleep two extra guests, along with a real wood fireplace to for extra-cozy ambiance (wood not provided). At the end of a long day of exploring tide pools and flying kites, cozy up in bed and catch up on your channel-surfing on the Dish TV, or pop a movie into the DVD player with VCR while the sound of waves lull you to sleep.
Upstairs on the second level, the great room will leave you breathless once you acknowledge the stunning ocean views that abound. Another wood fireplace next to a TV with VCR and Dish TV service sets the stage for a warm and cozy movie and popcorn night.
Also on this floor is the second private bedroom, holding a queen bed. No need to fight over who gets to soak their stresses away in the jetted tub; there's one on this floor as well!
The open kitchen on the main floor includes marble lined counter tops and island with a built-in range, and stores all you need to cook up a full meal for your guests (including convenient additions like a dishwasher, ice maker, and microwave). An adjoining dining room invites all eight guests to share a meal together.
In the warmer months, retreat to the second floor deck off the dining area and grill up some burgers and dogs while you watch the waves crash below.
On the third and top level of the home you'll find the aptly named crow's nest. With four barstools and a pair of binoculars handy, this is an ideal spot to watch the winter storms roll in or to engage in some seasonal bird (or whale!) watching.
For those wanting even more of a private retreat, a lucky twosome can take advantage of the private guest suite in the back of the house. Although it does not include a bathroom, the suite's large king-sized bed, TV with DishTV, and a leather sofa will serve as an excellent space to get some peace and quiet away from the rest of the group.
A fully fenced yard gives Fido his own personal roaming grounds, while at the same time offering you and your guests the utmost privacy. (Yes! Pets are allowed for a $10 nightly fee).
