• There are wild animals including deer, raccoons, foxes, skunks, and neighborhood dogs that may show up on the property, including a Shiba Inu known as the "Bayside Mascot" who is a frequent and friendly visitor. If you have aggressive dogs or do not like dogs near you at any time, this may not be a good fit for you. We cannot stop the dog from entering the property.

• 2 dogs , weighing 50 lbs or less, welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
